A 1970s apartment has been revitalized through the use of neutral colors and iconic design pieces, maintaining its vintage soul.

The original layout of the rooms has been preserved, along with the red terracotta floors in the living room and the kitchen opened to the dining area with a round table.

The original kitchen tiles have been perfectly preserved, in harmony with the gas and oven block.

The large wooden windows have been restored, keeping their original color, while the original built-in bottle rack has been transformed into a planter with a small tree, characterizing the sofa area with a large bookshelf.

The apartment has been a successful Airbnb listing for over 10 years, attracting guests with its unique blend of vintage charm and modern elegance.
